And yes you should be able to pick a country you just have to hit accept on the thing that says change this.

There really isnt any countries left but South Africa, other than that you can show up in the game and if there are slots ready you can join!

Just bought the Colonel Edition from the Imperial Games website, havent got the key instantly ( told it could be a few minutes to a few hours) but i am impressed with the price, works out to about £25 for the Colonel edition not bad, just saved £15 thanks :)
