What is this 'Mysterious Uknown Episode?' People in the fandom called it episode '23.5.' There are 2 screen shots of it, won't recommend anyone to go look at them cause they're pretty disturbing and disgusting, unless you're into scary and gore stuff.

A friend of mine actually gave me the link to the article from Creepypasta...
I recommend no one buys Hetalia (DVD) with Himaruya's style (unless there's something that says that it's official) or another artist's style on them (different covers from the Studio Deen's style ones) from Ebay, Amazon, or etc. because they might be bootleg but I have no clue but this is just a warning.

I recommend no one go to Creepypasta, unless you like horror stuff.
