Ah, it has only been 4 years since I posted an announcement, but like, CS:GO is free and Subnautica is going free as of tomorrow on the Epic Games store, so since there are free things floating around, might as well give it an ol' mention!

Go to groups and check out HnS discussion to register interest, but planning a friendly private HnS vs HnS game of CS:GO at some point soon, if we have enough interest to have two teams, then I'll work on getting a custom server up and running

About 6 of us using this already, so get it! With a persistant channel hosted by Razer (ours is called tacticaltictacs) and everything free, not to mention low latency, tis worth a try (and seems to have stopped crashing peoples computers as it did last time we tried to use it)

For anyone interesting, it is still the only game pretty much all of us have, and I'm officially finished grading by the end of today with 2 weeks to work on PhD stuff with no teaching ahead! woot!

Thanks to 2ndGuards for sharing this with me. Nice to see Dslyecxi sit back and appreciate the beauty of the battle for a while! I really should play this game more often (my 200 hours on steam is related to this game being next to my Visual Studios and pressing the wrong button while working, then leaving it running while at work... damn it)
