I discovered one incorrect listing, Mafia 2: Definitive Edition was marketed as having HDR but it doesn't appear to actually be present in the PC version.

Life is Strange: True Colors has HDR, but only in DX11 as of now.
Also, don't know if you knew, but there's this nifty list on PCGamingWiki you could use:
