I'm sure you can figure out the mods you want from the description and search for them on the nexus unless they aren't there anymore.
If you are interested in Skyrim looking like gophers and you have a strong enough Computer use an enb of your choise (for example the one gopher uses: Seasons of Skyrim ENB True HDR v0.236)
Then you install Skyrim HD (the light version does it)
Static mesh improvement mod (SMIM) <-- makes static objects look better
A midian born Book of silence <-- gives you HQ textures for a lot of weapons and amours
Realistic Water Two <-- makes the water pretty-er
There are more mods for visual improvement but that is a good start.
