The GamesBolt Administration and Moderation Team reserve the right to remove anyone's access to this group at any time, without warning.

Those who break the rules may receive warnings, followed by either a temporary or permanent ban (In certain circumstances a ban will be given with no warnings).

SteamGameSwap Rules

All posts must comply with GamesBolt Rules. Breaking any rules could result in you being reported to admin or the on duty moderator. This also includes posts that encourage GamesBolt rules to be broken or illegal behaviour.

Spamming

Spam will not be tolerated in this group. This includes one liners, off topic or nonsensical posts and abuse of chat bot commands. If you feel you need to reply to a post, please make it meaningful and useful.

Promotion

Posting links without Admin permission within the group to unauthorised sites, groups or personal pages including links that are not directly associated with GamesBolt is strictly forbidden. This is taken very seriously and if a member is caught doing this it may result in a temporary or permanent ban.

Giveaways

Personal giveaways should only be posted to benefit the members of the group and not to advertise or reap personal gain. Raffles, self-promoting, fake or +rep based giveaways will not be tolerated and will result in immediate bans.

Safety

Posts linking to any scamming or referral sites is strictly against our rules. Members must not post or link to any piracy, pornographic or extreme violence articles of any sort. Breaking this rule will result in a permanent ban. To ensure the safety of our community we require all members to be individually identifiable, this prohibits blank names or mirroring someone else's profile.

Respect

Flaming is the act of degrading someone and is a form of bullying; this is highly frowned upon and WILL lead to disciplinary action, based on the judgment of the moderators. Also, racist, prejudice posts or unnecessarily harsh comments will NOT be tolerated. In extreme circumstances this could lead to a permanent ban.

Common Sense

Although swearing at sGs is generally accepted, please use common sense when using this language. If any member is found to be using foul language in order to personally insult another member maliciously or using unnecessarily vulgar language, this may result in the individual going through the disciplinary process, depending on the circumstances.

Begging

Although this group does give away games on a regular basis, begging or asking for free games will not increase your chances. ALL games are given away in pre-organised events and not to people who beg. Any beggars will be warned and if necessary banned from the group entirely.

Trading

Trading is only allowed in our dedicated trading sub-forum.

All content posted within GamesBolt will be closely monitored and is subject to be deleted without notice based on the judgment of the on duty Moderator.

If you see any other members breaking any of these rules please report the post given the available options, a notification will be sent directly to all admin and will be dealt with accordingly.
