account suspended for multiple accounts
I asked a long time ago that they delete my first account that was connected to my email, and its been a long time since I asked that so I assumed it wasn't an issue. That might be the problem but i'm not sure. But mainly, here is what happened recently.

It was Friday, two days ago, and we were in school connected the school wifi. I sent my friend my referal code through my school email to his at school, and he registered his account. Soon after that, everything seemed to stop working on gamekit. I ordered things a while before hand and they still weren't coming in. I shook it off as gamekit just needing to take time to give me my orders. However, when I woke up the next morning, I got a text that said my order had been filled. I clicked the link on my phone, and it brought me to the big old "account suspended" red page with reasons why I might have gotten suspended. I have requested a ticket from my email's account (that is level 1 and that I never really used) that it be deleted. In other words, that should be taken care of. So is the main problem connecting to the school wifi as my friend registered to gamekit? If so, how do I fix this problem?

Hello!
Yes, the reason why you got banned is surely that you logged into Gamekit using your school's wifi, because that's what using a Gamekit account on connections where other accounts already have been used can result in, as they will look like multiple accounts to us. What you have to do now is just contacting support, explaining them the situation and asking to be unbanned.

Thank you for replying. It took the moderator a day to reply, and I explained that I logged onto gamekit on my schools wifi while I was helping my friend set up his gamekit account and explained that I already requested that the account connected to my email be deleted, and after like 18ish hours all they respond with is this

Hello,
To delete the multiple accounts, you have to log in with the account you wish to delete and write us a ticket asking for account deletion. If you have more than one multiple accounts, you have to repeat the process for each account.

This was not very helpful to me. Is this some kind of automated system? Also, I placed like 3 orders after cashing in quests last week, and all my orders got denied for "multiple accounts". If I am unbanned, would I get my orders or at least my points back?

I assure you it's not any automated system, they probably just misread the ticket. So you should just contact them again and explain the problem better.

There is always this problem that support is not responding to the "actual problem". They always seem to be some kind of robots with copy and paste answers to be honest.
It took for me multiple answers and many days to get my unfairly banned account unbanned (2 times).
Fracca is helping, no doubt in it, but I will still stick to my opinion that Gamekit's support is doing nothing till user write someone on Steam Group.

I think Fracca should be in the support team.

A moderator closed my ticket on my email's account Where I asked in the ticket that it be deleted, and then a moderator on my main account told me I need to delete my email's account AND my friend has to delete his account

Yeah, because those were accounts created on the same IP, so one of them has to be deleted.
About the closed ticket, try to send a new one, it's weird that they closed it.

also my account was created at home, I ust signed in and gave my friend my referal code at school. Is he able to restart gamekit at home though with a different email?

Yes, it should be ok. And yeah, he can restart gamekit with a different email, but he has to delete that account created at school. Also, to get your account unbanned, specify that you logged in in your school's wifi, and that you don't have any multiple accounts besides of the one of your friend (although it's not yours).

You should get them back, just contact them again and tell them that, since you had no multiple accounts, you should get your points back. In case you will need help with that I'm here for this :)
