Yes, the reason why you got banned is surely that you logged into Gamekit using your school's wifi, because that's what using a Gamekit account on connections where other accounts already have been used can result in, as they will look like multiple accounts to us. What you have to do now is just contacting support, explaining them the situation and asking to be unbanned.

Hello,
To delete the multiple accounts, you have to log in with the account you wish to delete and write us a ticket asking for account deletion. If you have more than one multiple accounts, you have to repeat the process for each account.

This was not very helpful to me. Is this some kind of automated system? Also, I placed like 3 orders after cashing in quests last week, and all my orders got denied for "multiple accounts". If I am unbanned, would I get my orders or at least my points back?
It took for me multiple answers and many days to get my unfairly banned account unbanned (2 times).
Fracca is helping, no doubt in it, but I will still stick to my opinion that Gamekit's support is doing nothing till user write someone on Steam Group.
I think Fracca should be in the support team.
About the closed ticket, try to send a new one, it's weird that they closed it.
