How exacltly this works?

Im having a new machine next week, and i dont want to lose my progress on my games, so my friends recommended me this manager, i downloaded it, but, i dont know how exaclty it works, i've tried seeing the tutorials, but i didnt understand a crap. Anyone can help me?

There's a few videos on YouTube of people testing the project out. They may help you.

But the simple steps to make a backup:

1. Open GameSave Manager and click the 'Make a Backup' link
   
2. Tick everything you wish to backup
   
3. Click the first box on the far upper-right of the UI (just below the 'Facebook' icon)
   
4. Specify a backup location via the dialog displayed

To restore your saves, use the 'Open Archive(s)' option.

As I mentioned before, use the 'Open Archive(s)' option within GameSave Manager.
Alternatively, double-click them in Windows Explorer (if you have the file associations setup).

You can setup a Google Drive folder, or use a USB, once in the other pc only use the restore option inside this program, is very great

Can anyone give a brief description on how to use gamesave manager? I need to move my saves from my SSD to my old hard drive. Ran out of space on SSD, so moved games to HD but the saves did not move over. I downloaded gamesave manager but im not sure how to use it to move the save files. Do I use to steam spreader?
