Stop going by the TV show. It's irrelevant here, we use the books.

Remove Brightroar, it was lost hundreds of years ago. Remove dishonour as a fear, Tywin isn't even remotely honourable. Your overlord house is Targaryen. Remove Lord Paramount as a title, it isn't your title. Check the main page for it. Tywin isn't the most powerful man in Westeros, remove that from the history. Add in the birth year and appearance. You missed out a load of vassals, either list all of them or just list "Westerlords".
