VIP player roofbuilder on Lazytown server

Charles (or camm) has built on the roof several times. We couldn't kick or ban him cause he's VIP and he refused to remove his stuff, so as you know it was totally unplayable...
Being VIP player gives the right to break the rules ? Or is there something to do ?
