Sending Computer Information to Rockstar ***DO NOT mention you are banned***
Hey guys, Sankarrr posted this on my Reddit thread, maybe you guys should give it a try. I will as well, but since I'm perma-banned, support may ignore it:

GTAforums and other forums can't really help you either. I called support on their 1-800 number and got a helpful rep who did acknowledge that people can get falsely banned. He recommended that if you're on PC, you open up a new ticket and submit a DxDiag and MSInfo to them so they can see if some of your hardware or something is triggering the game to ban you. He walked me through the process over the phone but here's video instruction:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PfLDw9GzNyg
IMPORTANT: when submitting these be careful phrasing your request. Mentioning a ban, even if you're innocent, automatically flags your request and they won't pursue it any further. Just ask support to look through your files to see if you have anything that's preventing you from connecting to Online. This advice comes straight from Rockstar's phone rep. Again, their policy is they do not look into false bans, why someone was banned, or how to help you post-ban. Overturning bans is rare, so it's best to take these precautionary measures if you get a temp ban to prevent a permanent one later on.

Good luck, and remember:

***DO NOT mention you are banned***

Let us all know how it goes.

Hi,
Can you please look through my files to see if i have anything that's preventing me from connecting to GTA V online.
Thanks
DxDiaginfo.txt (20 KB)
msinfosave.txt (2 MB)

Now i just have to wait and see what happens when they get back to me :)

EDIT: They replied but only to say they have merged it with a previous ticket what could mean now it gets ignored cos that stated it was about a ban.

I haven't heard back yet, but it's interesting to note that my msinfo32 file is 20mb, compared to yours at 2mb.

EDIT: Just looking through my file, there is about 60,000 lines of error messages. I'm not even exaggerating, it's 18mb worth of text in a .txt document... What a mess.

I sent it yesterday because I have to wait 12 hours between posting tickets.

They replied today with:

Hello Snowej,

Thank you for contacting Rockstar Support.

We are sorry to hear that you are facing issues with GTA Online. We request you to elaborate the issue that you are facing with our game, so that we can assist you with this issue.

We look forward for your reply.

Best regards,

So I just said:

Is there anything that could potentially disrupt my online gaming experience? Preventing me from connecting to online? I have seen the masinfo32 file vary greatly in file size, don't know why mine is so large. I've seen one that was 500kb, one that was 2mb. But none that were 20mb.

Did you get a reply back yet?

No not yet. Thinking i might not hear anything now till Monday due to the weekend. I think my ban ends on the same day but im not going to play till i get to the bottom of all this.
Snowej Aug 11, 2016 @ 8:42pm
Rockstar replied to me:

Hello Snowej,

We have reviewed your account. It has been flagged for repeated violations related to modding and/or manipulation of protected game data and code in GTA Online. The ban is permanent and cannot be appealed.

lol

I just noticed you left the group and unfriended me, did something happen? I added you again.

I did all this without mentioning a ban and they replied to me with they usual automated message regarding bans. Seems like this method won't work either anymore.

Maybe you have to be in between bans to get a legitimate reply.

i might gonna try sending em the files after my ban ends, not really counting on thier astounding support, but have no choice, I dunno what could hook to the game so bad that it triggered the ban ( one of my files is pretty big too, so i guess its normal and depends on how long ur pc was on )
