Crime, Justice & Laws
These are the laws set by the government and enforced by federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. All citizens of Hawaii are expected to be obey these laws. We are a small island and so we wish this small community to be mindful of our laws.

[Notice!] You will NOT be punished by server staff if these laws are not followed. These are police laws, not server rules! You can become a criminal if you wish to live the outlaw life, it's your choice.

This law handbook shall contain all the laws categorised into sections to help you obey these laws for you to avoid a prison sentence.

Section 1 : Driving Laws

1a. Driving without license:
>>1.2a. If you're found not having a license on you, police could think you do not have driving training.

1b. Driving on the wrong side of the road:
>>1.2b. Drive on the right side of the road unless overtaking on the left.

1c. Avoiding wreckless driving (going from lane to lane, going off road etc.):
>>1.2c. Destroying government property (fire hydrants, street lamps) could terminate your drivers license and increase price required to pay for.

1d. Obeying Speed limit:
>>1.2d. If being involved in a public incident due to speeding with your vehicle, you're responsible for damage done and will be punished by the RCMP if caught.
>>>1.3d. Upon speeding and hurting an individual or group of individual, you should safely park your vehicle, inform the public services and await assistance whilst aiding victims of your crime. Your punishments will be less severe than they'd be in a hit and run.

1e. Driving under the influence of drugs is not permitted:
>>1.2e. Certain drugs (legal/illegal) can cause tiredness, dizziness, nausea etc. Drugs which cause these effects restrict you from driving safely and so driving should be avoided at all costs. This links with Section 3, 3b.

1f. Illegal parking:
>>1.2f. There are areas around PEI which will have restricted parking spaces, it is not permitted to park in those restricted areas unless you have been authorised to by property/group owner. An example could be parking in front of the Police Department.
>>>1.3f. Obstruction of traffic & pedestrians. Linking with rule 1.2f, you may not park in areas which may obstruct other drivers or citizens. For example parking on a pedestrian crossing (zebra crossing)

1g. Vehicle theft:
>>1.2g Vehicle theft is not permitted and is triggered once the person guilty takes a vehicle without consent of owner.

1h. Evasion:
>>1.2h. Evading authorities is against the law for the reasons of endangering lives and looks as if you're disobeying an officer.

1j. Illegal vehicular modification:
>>1.2j. Vehicles are not aloud to be illegally modified as those modifications could decrease visibility of what's ahead or make vehicle handle worse.

1k. Failure to yield to emergency vehicles:
1.2k. Failing to yield to a emergency vehicle leads to punishment, this law means that you or someone has failed to make way for an emergency vehicle.


Section 2 : Fire Arms Laws

2a. Fire arms license must be carried on you at all times:
>>2.2a. If you posses a legal fire arm which you keep on your person, you must prove you have training in firearms by having a fire arms license on you.
>>>2.3a. Failing to posses a fire arms license whilst having a fire arm on you will lead to your punishment and lead up to an arrest.

2b. Illegal Fire arms:
>>2.2b. If caught with an illegal fire arm you will immediately be prosecuted, questioned on where the weapon was purchased and the weapon will be taken away permanently.

2c. Firing live ammunition:
>>2.2c. There are restriction to you being able to fire live ammunition, these restrictions are: You're not permitted to fire in public, as if done so and spotted by the police, you'll be treated like an attacker and may en-danger you and others around you.
>>>2.3c. You're aloud to fire your legal guns with a fire arms license on your private property away from other citizens. ONLY applies to those who live far from other citizens.
>>>>2.35c. RULE 2.3c is to be ignored if you're living within a city neighbourhood as it would disturb nearby citizens and take away their peace, it could also spark fear which would end with your license being taken away.

2d. Self Defence and others defence:
>>2.2d. It is legal for you to defend yourself and your private property from threats who could harm you. It is however highly recommended for you to inform the authorities allowing them to help you rather than you en-dangering yourself.
>>>2.3d. You're not permitted to assist anyone if there is a shootout nearby if you're a standard citizen. This is to prevent you being targeted as a suspected attacker which could en-danger your life. Find cover, call the RCMP, let them handle the threat.

2e. Carrying a fire arm on your person:
>>2.2e When carrying a fire arm on person whilst travelling around PEI, it is likely for you to be stop searched by RCMP if they have spotted a fire arm on you for safety reasons. This search will involve the RCMP checking your fire arm and fire arm license.
>>>2.3e You're not permitted walk around PEI with your fire arm in your hands, there is no reason for you to be holding your fire arm, however the only exception would be of a supposed involvement in a public attack if victim of something like robbery. Police will take immediate notice of you and will be ready for anything.

2f. Armed Robbery:
>>2.2f. Armed robbery, this is a law restricting you from forcefully taking someones possession using a weapon endangering lives.



Section 3 : Drugs & ingredients. Legal & Illegal

3a. Legal drugs:
>>3.2a. The drugs which can be possessed on your person whenever are: Pain killers, antibiotics, adrenaline, vitamins and purification tablets.
>>>3.3a. These drugs are legal however illegal to carry on your person, it can only be given by paramedics: Morphine, medical Methamphetamine.

3b. Illegal drugs:
>>3.2b. These drugs are always illegal and will be illegal: All kinds of Marijuana, all kinds and grades of Methamphetamine.
>>>3.3b. Certain berries too are illegal, here is a list of the illegal berries: Pale Berries, Blue berries, Purple Berries, Red Berries. This berries cause life effecting negative effects and also add un-safe hallucinations. These berries will effect your health and should not be found on your person.

3c. Drug ingredients:
>>3.2c. These ingredients can be used to create illegal drugs and under no circumstances should be found on a person, these ingredients are: Red Phosphorus, Phenylacetone, Methylamine, listed above berries.

3d. Intoxication:
3.2d. Public intoxication is against the law as being intoxicated in public would mean you'd be unable to care for your own safety and the safety of others.



Section 4 : Human on Human crimes

4a. Hurting other lives:
>>4.2a. Homicide is forbidden in any case which will lead to lawful punishments
>>>4.3a. First degree murder is the killing of a person willingly.
>>>>4.4a. Second degree murder is killing someone intentionally with a plan.
>>>>>4.5a. Assault is causing harm with intention of attainment.

4b. Terrorism:
>>4.2b. Terrorism which is an act of unauthorised use of violence and intimidation is strictly against the law and anyone to be caught in act of terrorism shall be strictly punished.
>>>4.3b. By law if heard from somewhere or someone about supposed future terrorist attacks you're required to inform authorities immediately.

4c. Kidnapping:
>>4.2c. Act of taking away someones freedom and holding them captive.

4d. Robbery:
>>4.2d. Law disallowing you from performing a robbery, similar to "armed robbery" however only difference being the suspect guilty didn't have a lethal weapon.

4e. Rape:
>>4.2e. Rape is sexual intercourse by force and violence without the con cent of other or same sex.

4f. Prostitution:
>>4.2f. It is to take part in or engage in sexual intercourse with strangers for payment.

4g. Threats:
>>4.2g. Threatening someone is willingly threatening someones life/health or someones family if something were not to be followed. E.g. not paying money to someone by a certain time.

Section 5 : Common Citizen Laws
5a. Vehicular:
>>5.2a. Driving whilst having headphones in ears, it is known that earphones block out most outside world sound and so this may lead to accidents.
>>>5.3a. Illegal U turn: You are to be charged a fine for performing an illegal U turn which involves doing a turn in a U shape. A U turn becomes illegal once turn crosses lanes of traffic.

5b. Regular law:
>>5.2b. Jaywalking, you're charged with a fine for Jaywalking which is crossing or walking through a road without using the designated traffic stops without regard for approaching traffic.
>>>5.3b. Participating in a riot. This is simply being a member of an on going riot in any way.
>>>>5.4b. Trespassing is the unlawful behaviour of entering someones property or a facility without permission of entry.
>>>>>5.5b. Vandalism is the unlawful behaviour of damaging, destroying or defacing somebody Else's property or government property. e.g. breaking lamp posts, bus stops, fire hydrants etc.
>>>>>>5.6b. Bribery of a police officer. This law states that giving or offering money in order to avoid charges or penalties. It also is there to prevent influence of corruption.
