Set "-language harem" startup option - like before you was using "-enable addons" or "-override vpk"

You should check stylish steam group - theres a link on page with announcers (right top corner)

i did everything i could but still same old announcer.. no harem announcer is playing T_T

Did u set a launch option "-language harem" after installing it?

yes.. and i did everything what the age instruction says... but it's still not showin T_T.. i downloaded the workshop.. but i don't know how to se it.. sorry for being noob T_T

So first off you need to choose what you want in announcer by ckicking on HA page then push finish. The script will be generated by what you choose, so get sounds and script. Extract sound rar to any folder on your pc and put script that u downloaded to that folder and run it. script will automaticaly use workshop tools, and you only need to set steamapps folder like this when launcher asks you about it - D:\Games\SteamLibrary\steamapps - just phaste it to launcher and hit enter. It need to be said that workshop tools only supported by *64 W systems and if you have 32 OS you should visit Stylish group to use vpk creating for it to work.

yeah.. i already did what you said.. hm about that steamapps library.. i tried yours , and i tried mine with local disk C.. it's the same but the D one is like it's working.. when i started the lobby to test nothing change,,, and same announcer as the old one ...
