How to Relax (Aim and Playstyle)
CS:GO has many moments where you don't need to fire your weapon and instead wait. Instead of being prepared at every given moment for an enemy, relax your aim instead. Relaxing your hand, arm, and other physical jitters for example leg movement and hyper movement can help more than you think.

Instead of being prepared at every given moment in CS:GO, why do we not rest ourselves in specific situation moments. (You choose the situation) Maybe you have been playing for 2 hours straight and feel like you need a break during a game. Instead of trying to play your best, relax as best you can without distracting yourself from the game. Technically I am saying meditate yourself.

Don't think about the bad, only think about the good. Don't think about winning the game and strategies on how to win the game, just play your best while trying to stay relaxed while listening to call-outs. This relieves stress on the human brain and allows you to reinvigorate yourself when you have stress, weight on your shoulders, or from being mentally and/or physically tired from playing the game for an extended period of time.

Relax, and you will relax your aim. The aim is a vital portion to CS:GO players. Without the proper aim, you will lose. There is no question to it. Good aim equals more possibilities for winning. Good quick meditation equals, even more, possibilities for winning. If someone on your team is toxic or even just that little bit annoying. Mute him. Simple.

Of coarse, muting someone may not solve the entire issue. Sometimes we need meditation, and sometimes we need breaks. Meditation will not help your aim if you have not trained your aim to begin with. If you try to open your mind to the time we have in a game and the best option for those times while not trying to rush yourself, you will succeed more often than not. Some days I am not a very patient player, but that is one of my downfalls. In certain situations, I try to overcome it, but I always feel like the so-called stress or improper patience is coming back. You will never completely finish the fight for patience or relaxing the mind. You will always be fighting it, so might as well try your best to notice it, and stop it in its tracks.

Hope you find this interesting. Thank you for reading!
