**Development Group Mission Statement**

DEVGRU the U.S. military's primary Tier 1 Special Mission Units. DEVGRU has become a multi-functional branch with several roles that include hostage rescue, special reconnaissance, direct action, personal security, and other specialized missions. DEVGRU is made up of the best and brightest team members selected from existing team units, DEVGRU is unparalleled force and the tip of the spear on the global battlefield.

**DEVGRU Enlistment Requirements:**

Must have 40 in game hours in a SpecOps Team/or with Special Operations force.
Age 18 +
Understanding of game mechanics
Working microphone
Basic English language
Discord
Team Speak

**Indoctrination (INDOC)**

DEVGRU Much like other elite special operation units, all members undergo an extremely intensive and high-risk training regimen that includes tactical air operations HALO / a HAHO jump, advance underwater demolition and close-quarters battle (CQB) activities. If the candidates graduate and are green lighted, they will be personally hand pick by other Team operator's and placed into the Tier 1 operator status.
Promotions are given out based on time served and automatic points given for attending operations, NOT personal interpretation of performance.

**Billets**

We offer Tier 1 billets operator teams such as the following. Each billet requires training to be qualified in the role. The courses are generally short but teach the necessary skills to perform the role. And knowledge transfer of mods in an ingame real-sim environment.
