Until valve releases scream fortress, we change our mapcycle to the TF2 halloween maps and some workshop ones too.

and in case nobody noticed yet, grappling hooks are now enabled!

Second: new maps trade_houseofchaos (yes the original one), achievement_turbov14 and trade_omnispace have been added.

All buildings except sentryguns (balancing reasons) now randomize in size.

Intelligence can't be capped anymore due to spam reasons.

/showtriggers can be used to see all map triggers.

trade_delirium + trade_what are now in the map cycle.

trade_appeloosa has been removed from the cycle but can still be selected by admins.

RTD command has been fixed and more than 1 person can roll it at a time.

admins can now teleport users somewhere in case there is a secret room or other stuff.

admin commands won't spam up the chat now (looking at you davinchi)
