Very Strange... Not sure the server has Gigabit Lan, perhaps its a gmod specific problem like one of our addons not working with your addons.

My internet is VERY good, ping 17ms, 20mbs download, 5mbs upload. I use Cox as my provider. When I connected to the server, I just equipped over and over and over and when I tried to go to the menu, I lagged so bad that I had to disconnect.

Then theres no reason to lag.... unless you have a really bad internet.
