[Update 07/06/20] How to play DBZ BT2/3 online on PC (english version)
Simply,

1) Download the dolphin emulator's version 5.0-11824:
https://fr.dolphin-emu.org/download/dev/1b97f081b8eff9012132a4124537968bdb0e03e0/
=> It is important to get the same dolphin's version to play online.
=> Dolphin 5.0-11824 only usable with an OS Windows 64 Bits.
A OS Mac version and android exist.

2) Extract the .rar or .7z file to a any directory :
dolphin-master-5.0-11824-x64

3) Create a text file named "portable"
=> used to separate the dolphin config's folder if you want use many emulator's version on your computer. Otherwise, a folder named "Dolphin Emulator" will be created in your folder or "my folders".

4) Right Click on dolphin.exe => property then compatibility tab and tick "execute this program as administrator"

Open the file dolphin.exe as an administrator. Click on configure in the task bar.
In Automatic update, change for => Dev (multiple times a day)

A window opens, in tab interface, untick "confirm the stop of emulation".
In folder tab, click on add to integrate the iso's folder.
=>Press on OK

5) In graphisms, you could configure as you wish, the OpenGL, Vulkan or Direct3D engine work well with netplay mode.
Please let the box "vertical synchro" unticked.
=> Many options by example can display stats in your windows screen like the fps count or the ping between 2 players for the netplay mode.

6) In improvements tab, you can change the size to get better graphisms ingame.

7) In gamepad tab, you can modify controller's commands
For DBZ BT3 on dolphin emulator, generally we use the gamecube controller.
=> Go to configure then in device, choose your controller if you use one (ps3, xbox,...). You can save and load controller's profiles.

A => Button X => Square | Punch / Validate on menu
B => Button A => Cross | Sprint / Cancel on menu
X => Button B => Circle | Guard
Y => Button Y => Triangle | Ki Ball
Z => Button Z => L2 | Recharge Ki
Start => Start => Start | Pause/Menu

Stick control Up => Left Y+ => Left Joystick toward Up | Moving ingame/menu
Down => Left Y- => toward down
Left => Left X- => toward left
Right => Left X+ => toward right
Pad numérique Up => Pad N => pad up | Moving in fight
Down => Pad S => Pad Down
Left => Pad W => Pad Left
Right => Pad E => Pad Right

Stick C Up => `Thumb L`&`Thumb R` => Joystick droit vers le haut
Down => !(`Thumb L`&`Thumb R`)&`Thumb R` => R3 ou Right Joystick Button | Transformation
Left => `Right X-`|`Shoulder L`=> toward left |Switch ally in tag battle
Right => Right X+ => toward right |Switch ally in tag battle


/!\ From this section, you can configure your buttons by pressing the right click on the button then detect => press on the controller's button then select.
=> & associations of buttons are the pressing of multiple buttons in same time.

Trigger L => `Trigger R`&tap(`Trigger R`,0.25,2) => R2 tap | Dragon Rush toward down
R => `Shoulder R`&tap(`Shoulder R`,0.25,2) => R1 tap | Dragon Rush toward up
L Analog. => Trigger R => Flight toward down
R Analog =< Shoulder R => Flight toward up


Netplay Mode

To play online, click on tools in the task's bar then Start Netplay.

In the settings window of Dolphin Netplay, you have a few options :

=> Connection type => Traversal Server (connect to a dolphin server) or Direct Connection (by IP adress given by the host)

=> Nickname => Your online's name

=> Connect Tab => To connect at a hosted party with a code or an IP adress and a port number.

=> Host tab => Choose your game to host a party (In particularly case, tick "force listening a port is necessary)

When you host a party, you can see the ping (latency between 2 players in milliseconds - ms), the player's status, the dolphin version used and assignement of a controller's port (player 1 or 2,...)

=> You have the room's code (Give this code to the clients to join your room).

/!\ Important => The buffer from 1 until 99 show the input lag between two players.
If you notifce lag or framedrop online, change the buffer as following :
1 buffer = 8 ms then if your ping is 30 ms, set the buffer on 4 or 5.

If you want to play with wii saves especially to unlock characters ingame, tick the box "Load a wii save" in data menu at the top left.

=> When all players are ready, press start.
On each player's window, the game's window opens and you will see the same actions.
It will be as you will play in front the same screen in 1p vs 2p.

A new option is appeared "Host Input Authority" in netplay mode. Activated, the connection don't depend of all players but the host's connection to the party. So, the host will do not have latency's problems and clients will see the late induced by the lag or an instable connection. It is a option used to games with no precise gameplay in real-time and also to evitate the desynchronisation.
