Jarva, i found out what triggers the spells to not work. You just exit the server with spells equiped in the spell tab (didn't hit remove to all spells when leaving the server) and when reentering the server the gamemodes thinks that you shoudn't have any spells active but the save file remembered the spells that you have equiped so that makes a conflict between eachother giving a script error when trying to use staves.

problem on the save system guys. it wont save the progress from the last save you had on the server
