Few questions about buying/selling + Cashouts

Hello, i had a few questions about cs.deals and the marketplace for buying/selling skins.

1) What is the difference between cashoutable & non-cashoutable balance? When would a balance be non-cashoutable? Nothing stated about it in FAQ/Help

2) Are paypal/bitcoin cashouts usually instant?


3) is it necessary to add personal details/account verification to be able to cashout to paypal/bitcoin?

Also, If you go to cs.deals/help the link for "steam group chat" is invalid :P

1. This entry was added to the help page. Cashoutable balance is money that you can withdraw using the available payment methods or spend on the marketplace. Money from real money marketplace item sales will go to your cashoutable balance. Uncashoutable balance is money that comes from your money deposits and it can only be spent, not withdrawn.

2. Bitcoin cashouts are instant. Paypal is currently slow and can take a few work days but improvement to this is coming.

Few days ago, Community market ( Steam market ) had some bugs and errors, some listed items for sale didn't show up in listing, i saw a few complaining in Community group

Bad news is that Valve have increase the fee % that takes when we sell, as example i have list to sell an Ak-47 Jaguar, f.tested & stat trak ™ for 69 €, few days ago they were taking 5 €uro, from my listed price,
today it show me 9 € fee % when i have list to sell
