This is a unit for the napoleonic wars modification "Red & Blue:1936".

This is no ordinary army. This is a revolutionary army and reflects the revolutionary principles of those in its ranks. Democracy is in control.

The basic unit is the group, composed generally of ten, which elects a delegate. Ten groups forms a century which also elects a delegate.
Any number of centuries forms a column, which has a war committee responsible for the overall activities of the column.
This is elected and accountable to everyone in the column.

Joining is completely voluntary. We accept discipline not because were told to but because we understand the need to act in a co-ordinated manner. Members accept orders because they trust those who give them because they are being elected from our own ranks!
