Everyone is across multiple regions. However 'US - Seattle' is one of the more popular regions played, for no other reason than it was pushed early on by some frequent players.

Unfortunately you really have to try to organise games with people, you can't just hop on and hope someone is playing. :)
My suggestion, is check the members list for people that are online, and message them directly, or get them to join the Group chat.

Guys on what region are you? Every time i try to play i only find vanilla and Third Age.
