You know what would be awesome? If Firaxis released an extra sponsor or 2 on release for CivBE. Then.. THEN THEY WOULD TRULY BE BROS TO US FANS.

I think the combat on this could be very cool and very unique depending on your affinity. Like how the supremacy get formation bonuses, while purity is sheer brute strength.

I have Anno 2070 too! Also, I wouldn't say war...I'd say...um...Bullet trading?

I think ill go pan asia (for production) with scientists (research), with alien swarm sensor thingy (cant remember its proper name, but so i can land go in a clearer area, with a worker to get improvements off early. As for play style, ill just wait and see what res i have most access to :D

ARC, with a load of artists. I'd like to go Harmony, but I think I'm going to keep myself open to change, based on what I find on planetfall. Something tells me that this game is going to reward flexibility, instead of a solid and linear gameplan.

Franco-Iberia with scientists (massive research output + culture to boot). I also intend to develop a supremacy-based civ going for emancipation victory (because who doesn't enjoy freeing people using armed robots).

In response to Snapple, I plan on going Polystralia with Aristocrats, try to get the most out of making energy as fast as possible also might go down Purity.

in response to snapple, I will prolly run colonists for rapid expanion and aquisition of resources for going down the supremacy path of epic war mechs lol

I've been playing Civ games since the first on my old Amiga... but I have to say, I haven't been this excited in a long time. BE just looks amazing, and I can't wait to play with or backstab you guys in some games :)

I love civ 5, and will be getting the new one, and saw this group mentioned in a descussion so here I am :P I play civ V alot here recently, although my achievements list on it is gltiched or something so it will make me appear as a perma noob in that since lol, I guess the better to hussle someone with i guess :P I will prolly do some recordings of the new game when it comes out using fraps and put them on youtube if anyone is interested also
