Whoever is banned from adgate, here's the best way to reach them!
I know alot of people are having trouble with Adgate unbans, and Stig made a really good post about all the criteria required that you have to mention in the email found on page 28 on the site and chat unban post.

First what you should do is email 2 possible emails, support@adgatemedia.com AND rewards@adgatemedia.com.

The one that worked for me was rewards@adgatemedia.com because with this email, it links your email to the adgate support website and you can see the progress of your ticket. However this is abit too good to be true. There have been instances with me and other people where your ticket gets closed after a period of time with no response. Therefor always mention in your email where you can see their reply when you see the ticket closes. You should also email support@adgatemedia.com aswell because well, it won't hurt to try that one too.

AND PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, As Stig mentioned: BE PERSISTENT. Make sure you send them an email on support@adgatemedia.com AND rewards@adgatemedia.com atleast once a week. The first email I sent them, the ticket closed after a couple days without any response, so I decided to send another email to them this time asking where I can see my response to the ticket after the ticket closed, and about 3 days later they wrote back to me.

TL;DR shouldn't be necessary in this case - but basically just create a new email to rewards@adgatemedia.com if your first ticket was closed, and question them about why your ticket was closed and ask for the response.

Stig has informed me of the proof and it's been looked at by us both with approval.
Site Ban will be removed within the next 24HR
