Oh, I never included that huh? Well, you can use anything to pick a winner. In our raffles we just usually pick someone out of the people. You may use a website to determine the winner.

It's pretty simple in a way. It's basically you pick an item out of you bp to raffle, then you simply let your fellow members pay like a scrap or something to enter. 1 Refined is Max Entry
