Why can't i connect to the server? It just gets stuck on "connecting to 64.94.100.74:7777

I heard from Tchamp that there was an issue dealing with me setting the plans for my house on a hill, and I am very sorry for any trouble i may have caused. at the time, I was dealing with problems that wouldn't allow me to set my home at that spot and claim it, with sethome teleporting me to spawn, and trouble with unclaiming a pixel art and claiming the hill as my house. I am very sorry if you thought i was griefing, and I'll make sure to notify you guys before I do something like that again!
