Oh thanks for the help, but I figured this out a long time ago.

just copy the material and model files for your compiled hat and paste them under the custom directory under source filmmaker in the models and materials folder respective to the file type.

Thanks for the advice, if you are basing your opinion off of the first few sfm renders, the lighting was way to strong, but I have a few ingame screenshots later in the display. I will follow your advice on adjusting the phong still, but I like the flower where it is. I may still add a crack to the top too, I like that idea.

Thats what I think he did, but i dont know 100% well if he did, we was having a bit of trouble. Ill talk to him again. Thanks for responding!

I have a hat for sniper compiled and I've mounted it to sfm and it works fine. Ive sent the files to a friend but when he tries to use it, the hat is invisible! Can someone help me try to figure out what went wrong?

He has both the model and texture files and they are put where they are supposed to be in SFM (under workshop/models/sniper_hat, so what did I do wrong?
