If your model has more than 700 tris an second LOD is required. That's pretty much what the error message is telling you.

You need to uncheck the 'hat' bodygroup in the importer, to make the helmet disappear.

So the problem is that no matter what I do the first, scouts version of my model stays the same for rest of the classes. Same position, same size no matter. Rest of the classes have different smd files of course.

Does anyone have any idea what im doing wrong?

Ok, i'm gonna redo the parts of the UV with errors in it and if that doesnt help, i'll fix them in photoshop. Thanks Helljumper!

Hey got another question (again), when I bake my model i get all sorts of errors into the AO texture like these: http://imgur.com/04jyRGH (I'm great at cropping btw)

I tried recalculating normals but that didnt change anything.
If anyone knows any way to fix this, please tell me

Ok, thanks I was a little unsure about it which was slowing down my process.

A follow up question (already): Do all the 3 sides need to be the exact same size and exactly on top of each other?

Didn't want to double post so I just edited this one.

I googled for a while and didn't find an answer so i'll ask here; if I am to make (lets say a simple box, that would have 3 sides of it textured exactly the same.)

Would I do that by just placing all 3 sides on top of eachother? And then in photoshop I would paint on top of one I would be painting on all 3 of them? Does that work? I have no other ideas of how to do it, i'm new to UV's and texturing in general.
