BAKING ISSUE
I have an issue with baking.

When i bake my hook im making some uv's turn bright ando thers turn out dark.

For say i have the right side with the left face of the hook and the right side with the right face of the hook.The left side turns out bright and the other one turns out dark.

I have recaculated normals and flipped it but still not fixed

any help is wanted.

no how do i do that

Check to see the normals are pointing the right way (go into textured view > if anything shows up transparent, the normals on those faces are pointing the wrong way). Sometimes recalculating normals doesn't work properly (the algorithm isn't perfect). If you see any faces that have incorrectly oriented normals, select those faces and manually flip them.
