Bitter Avalanche is a Community running on-and-off since 2014, having hosted a variety of gamemodes, such as HL2RP, Phase Four and our most popular Black Mesa Roleplay.

We currently have SCP: Foundation in development with a new map and new code.

PTB Announced

Greetings everyone,

It's been a while since our last announcement here.

We currently have the infrastructure in place to start hosting Public Test Builds of our new SCP Foundation schema.

Within the PTB, we will be asking our players to test around with our new features and mechanics, and provide critical insight that will help us in finetuning and adjusting what we've made.

When the server opens, you can look forward to a polished product that's been made with quality in mind, and a carefully crafted lore line that will last us towards a ~year in runtime.

Launch date SET!: 8th of September, 8 p.m. CEST

Hey Avalanchers,

I'm happy to report that the launch date is now set in stone definitively. On the 8th of September, at 8 p.m. CEST we will set foot in our renewed Sector C map, now even bigger and better than before!

Among major fixes and replacements, we now also utilize all the new HD models given to us by the Commercial version of Black Mesa. Not only that, but we've also added an extra office extension to the map, and even managed to put parts of the coolant laboratories in, including a new area for the Maintenance faction that is meant solely for them! (Better than that broom closet, I've been told).

Unfortunately, this is about the limit of what we can add, since HAMMER and moreover Source are archaic products still running on older limitations. Unlimited mapping creativity is something we can't do right now, but I'm already seriously pleased with all of what's happened here.

Hey there my dudes, I haven't been on the server for a while and I was wondering around what time does it usually have people joining as it's pretty boring just walking alone in the server :D
