Some news: Satchi and crew are beggining to plan out the tournament again. Expect announcements to follow in the coming weeks (OR days, to be honest, I'm not quite sure yet).

Hello everyone! I am starting a new Awesomenauts tournament called SlaughterNauts. It's pretty much your standard Awesomenauts tourney with a slight twist: it's for all skill levels. This is open to the community and everyone of any skill level. There are 3 brackets: one for leagues 1 and 2, one for leagues 3 and 4, and one for leagues 5-9. The main thing we need to get going is teams and publicity. There is nothing to lose so if you have a team or know of a team (or teams) that might be interested, feel free to join! Please spread the word as much as you can so we can get some sick prizes and hold an extremely awesome championship. THANK YOU!!! Hey Y'all, even though the tourney is cancel, me and my mates (aka team) still want to have some structured competition. For any team that wants too, we can play a couple matches with tournament rules

Yes you can sub out but your sub cant use the naut banned. And post in the discussions your team in and let chudder know that you want to add a sub

When does the team ban happen? For instance, if the other team wanted to ban the naut I'm best with, and I didn't feel comfortable using another naut, would I be able to sub out? Or does the ban happen after the teams are in the match, before characters are chosen?

I'll post up the deadline soon! Subs are used if your orignal team members cant show up and yes you can use your subs in the first/second/third match or all. They just need to be on your team.

I also want to know when the signup deadline is. In addition, how exactly are subs used? As in, let's say we are in the first elimination round and since it is best 2 out of 3, can I play the first match in that series and have someone sub for me in the second match of that series against the enemy team?
