Report a translation problem
1. Reduce the colours, there are a lot of colours used in the glitch effect.
2. Reduce the amount of pixels that change (shrink the glitch effect)
3. Reduce the length of the gif (mine is actually 2 seconds but loops really well)
3. I'm not sure what that framerate is but try to lower it

I hope you achieve better quality for your gif soon.
Gifs suffer from colours the most so reduce it by having only a few similar colours.
Also, don't use 10 seconds...Thats crazy.
Quick question, where do you get those awesome anime girls and such, I'm scared of copyright claims, is there like a website where you can get them for free?
Most people on steam don't even care about asking permission and go straight to the work. If you are one of those, ATLEAST credit the creator. I always do that on the website that I have made which sends a direct link to the creator, whether its the render artist or the artwork artist.
