Problem - AA2 mods installed, but not working in-game

I've been having this issue for a while now, and I've tried using a couple of different programs to help me install the mods I want such as Illusion Wizzard and the normal AAInstall, but neither of them installed the mods like they were intended to do. I've followed every installation step correctly (I think) and yet they still won't show up when I open the editor and/or game.

I mainly wanted to install the clothing and personality packs for more customization options for my characters, but right now, that seems impossible until someone manages to help me out.

If any of you know how to fix this problem, or if I'm doing something wrong, please let me know.

artificial academy 1 from 2011 needs a repack like this!
