Problem with d3d9.dll fix for lag issue

Well, My game worked fine until I upgrade my windows from 8.1 to 10. So I tried to use d3d9.dll method from hongfire[www.hongfire.com] but it broke the game.

The First d3d9.dll(1.8MB) make my game crash and second one(1.7MB) make my game get an error (Direct3D の初期化処理に失敗しました). I also tried to place these d3d9.dll in different location as they mentioned in that link but my game still got these problem.

What did I do wrong here ? Or what should I do to fix this lag issue ? Please help, Thanks.

Well, I can play the game now but I don't really sure that what I did is the right solution or not.

All I did is changed AA2's setting in NVIDIA Control Panel from "High-Performance NVIDIA processor" to "Integrated graphics" and then the game run perfecly fine but the game will have less graphic options to choose (if you changed setting in NVIDIA Control Panel) and low FPS in some point (such as when you get interrupt and game show two character model in screen) because it isn't use High-Perfomance NVIDIA processor anymore.

Although it still have some issue due to Integrated graphics setting but at least the game can be play now.
