Problem - Saving Character Error

I've successfully downloaded AA2 and it works perfectly. The only problem that I'm having with it is that I cannot save custom-made characters to use in the game.

It gave me an error in Japanese, "キャフクター情報の作成に失敗しました。" I've successfully translated it, and all it told me was that my file failed to save with no further context.

There was one more method I could try, editing a default character into my own to see if the override save could work, but unfortunately, it didn't turn out how I expected, and gave me the same error again.

Does anyone think they know what the core reason is as to why its save system is not cooperating? Or is anyone else having the same problem?

Yeah, I did. I can't put my finger on it since it's been so long, but if I figure out what happened and what I did to fix it, I'll let you know.

I know how you must have the same combination of characters as mine, just change the letters and double the numbers and I'll write it down for you I created my own character in the editor and the game found, I figured it out by accident today for example [c30_e_aau] a tylok instead of such a combination can be {c40_e_aau] or
[a01_e_aau]
only they can't be repeated if you have a character named like that it won't pass just a little change works 100% thats you can save yours characters you make sorry for my english but im from Poland
