In other group someone posted suggestion that we have friend in police that gives us info ahead of time of assault waves and what units are being deployed. It was sugested also that this might be someone that is following progress of heist from the side or through camers or as you say eye in the sky.

So we have a friend in police ( not whole police being a friend ) and that would be a link to cameras ( our all seeing eyes ) .
