Considering the plugin Declaration of war led to many people quickly getting bored with the building of their base and not being able to raid.
We've chosen to remove the Declaration of War plug in allowing for raids to happen now.

but due to some magical i dont know what. it's all back as it used to be i have no idea what happend as i was on my honeymoon but it seems All is at is was before i left now xD
