rarely play thru steam, but figured id finally get around to joining the group. Used to play Civ5, currently play Forsaken World (Vice Leader of Forsaken - Aurashade, Storm Legion server), and probably GW2 in the near future since gf let the cat out of the bag and said she was going to buy it for me (she plays FW and GW2). If anyone plays/wants to play FW, hit me up in-game

I don't post at AoS, but I read it daily. Regularly play the CoD franchise, got pretty much anything by Valve, Killing Floor, huge Quake fan, and got a bunch of other games. Usually game early morning PST.

Do any of you also have BF3 that would like to play that as well?

And to help that along...my schedule is irregular but when I have time and (depending on the hotel) a good internet connection, I like co-op stuff.
Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, Portal 2, Company of Heroes (team comp-stomp), Payday: The Heist, Sanctum and non-coop racing games like Dirt 2, Flatout 2, etc. I've also made a few Portal 2 maps - friend me and then subscribe if you want to try them out.

fierceseaman if you read through all of the gaming threads you'll see that people are scattered all over the place. Everything from Eve Online to TF2 to some Mario stuff. The "official" TF2 stuff every week seems to get enough people, but I don't know about anything else. Maybe if we posted what we play here and then people friended those who played similar things we could get some groups going.

AoxBox server is unavailable at this time. Yesterday, after TF2 client-side update, got error message "server running older version". Do you think they are updating/upgrading? Sure hope we are still on for tonight!

Geographic information (east, west, etc.) would help. Need to turn off ping filters and number of player filters I suppose.

What server name should we search for?

I've got L4D2 but end up playing the first one because the two people I play with always miss the Steam sales for the second one. Also by regualarly it's probably about once every two weeks when we can coordinate schedules. I would be up for some L4D2 though.

Does anybody here play L4D2 with any regularity? BTW, I read AoSHQ daily, but rarely post under the handle rktkt.
