I always considered the 72nd to be an elite militia unit. Despite gunblade's best efforts.

So what are the plans for a reunion?

R.I.P Return (Reunion) of 72ndRJB? If we had confirmation that more people were seeing this and were keen to participate maybe we could but there's no way of knowing if no one replies to this stuff.

Hey yall, Just happened to come across this lovely group again. If you guys want to do a Linebattle again for good ol times sake, hit me up and i'll try to round up as many people as possible.

Hmmm. I got back into LB's recently this year. It's great and all but it will never compare to how amazing the experience was back in LCC and 72ndRJB. I seriously miss all of you guys and this regiment, I loved participating and everything that came with this regiment, community and gameplay. This is the only Steam group I haven't left regarding regiment history.

P.S: Does anyone still play in line battles?

Well, whatever happens, I'm in.

Theory only I'm afraid. Though it would be nice to get together again and play a few matches.

Is that so? sounds like a brilliant bloody idea. A lot of people would probably want to go though i wouldn't be certain that many of the original crew are still around anymore :\

Neebs and I (Remember Neebs?) have been playing around with the idea of dragging Goonbrade out of hibernation for a week or so during an event where we invite as many of the ex-72nd as possible for some good old times sharpshooting.

Partially cause nowadays, I turn off my computer when the sun goes down. And use only candle light at night. It's helping me with waking up early without feeling tired.

For the benefit of anyone who still doesn't know this. Myself Gunblade and a few others are writing a story based around the 72nd. You will most likely be included as a character and the beginning three chapters have already been written. Go check them out, and don't tell me 3 months down the line, that you don't like how your character is portrayed- cause i won't change it then. If you're interested, they're in the discussions board under a the stories subforum.
