Yes, there is one. I'd like to try it out, I downloaded it, but it's just not as simple as the 40k module, where you just press the one button and boom, there it is. I have no idea how to get it working and I could use some help.

According to the readme file though, it's Opensource and you can do whatever you want with it. So if you know anyone with the resolve or know-how, you could probably make your own Fantasy Battle.

Continues to bomb internally because I don't have the resolve or know-how to do that and no one I know does either.

I have used Battle chroniciler and screen share on skype to create viable Fantasy games. It requires a bit more organization but once you get the hang of it, the games run quite smoothly.
And then of course using vassal for the dice rolling.
