I'd say Sniper Elite 4 Authentic Plus with no Manual Save, it was fun

I would probably have to say recently getting Impossible Boy for Super Meat Boy even though it may be recency bias as it took me around 8 hours for it alone but I kind of enjoyed it lol.

Hmm probably that Deadspace achievement to beat the game on the hardest difficulty with only like 3 saves..

That was years back on the PS3 though, sadly the original Deadspace doesn't have achievements on Steam.
Remaster does though so i'll probably be hunting the game again at some point, something to look forward to lol

While not difficult the grindiest achievement i've gotten has got to be the 10,000 kills achievement in Final Fantasy 8..
That took me 30 additional hours to grind out on an already 60+ hour 100% completed save file.. and I still had to do another 30 hour playthough to finally complete that game.
That was a difficult one to stick with on account of the grind involved.
I love that game though, have since it first released on the Ps1 all those years ago.. and that was motivation enough to want it on my perfect games list.
