Is Just Cause 2 DLC needed for achievements?
The DLCs look like booster packs for making the game easier but the vehicle DLCs are the ones that are bugging me.

Most sites say the vehicle count for the "Drive All Vehicles" is increased with the DLC.

Getting the main game regardless but there seem to be no Mission DLCs
so it doesn't seem worth it.

The drive all vehicles achievement is made easier with the dlc, but is still totally possible without it.

Certainly feels like it would help. I seen many people stuck with only that achievement left.
Hopefully the game tells you which vehicles are not driven if I read that somewhere correctly.

Yes it does. (I have all JC2 achievements.)

I guess they patched it then? Because if I remember correctly.. getting all of one of the collectibles was impossible. I think it was a couple of the vehicle upgrade crate things.

I've been clearing alot of settlements for the resources and I noticed sometimes there are unmarked resources that don't have a settlement dedicated to them.

Hopefully those aren't needed or it's gonna be a pain to manually track everything.

You have to get most of them I believe lol

Good thing the game is smart enough to put 75% Completion as the achievement and not 100%.

The game is extremely grindy but it's not an impossible feat.

Actually, from what I read 100% is impossible because there is like 1 missing water tower and/or a gas pump. But, luckily, there are far more than enough to get every achievement.

There seem to be leaked screenshots showing a guy looking like Rico kicking people off bikes and freefalling. Various sources claim its Just Cause 3 and it will release sometime in 2015. :squirtooh:

I took 59 hours to do the 100% in just cause 2, and the 75% achievement complete is quite funny. As he said the cars you have left can be seen... i only had left a couple of tractors that are hidden in the undergrowth. Note that there is a militar car that only appears in a missión and can be easily missable, don´t remember which one.

Good luck.

I just found it funny that those leaks turned out to be true.

I don't always bump threads, but when I do, I always make sure they're at least one year old. :p
