3. Estranged: Act 1, yes, but you need Half-Life 2 to run it (it's a mod for it).

4. The Stanley Parable Demo. Only has 1 achievement and you have to Shift-Tab out of the game, check if you have it, and then open Task Manager to exit the game to keep it. Then you can never play it again or you'll lose it and have to repeat the process. Easy achievement though, trippy and fun demo too.

Just Shift Plus Tab out of the game right when you get the achievemnt. Then never play the demo again.

It looks like a TF2 clone. Is that pretty much it? Kill shit and level up?

It's more like League of Legends/Dota 2 in a third person perspective. Stick with your team, kill bots and avoid getting killed a lot. If you win the match, you gain enough XP to raise about 1 lvl, normally.
