But really, easiest way to avoid such games is to look at features and avoid ones that mention multiplayer or co-op (though not perfect since some of these games have it as an optional thing, like Tales of Zestiria) or look at the achievement lists on a site like Astats where they have tags for MP required achievements. Some genres pretty much will always be single player and others will nearly always have MP as well, so if the genres you play now are mostly MP, maybe try branching out into some genres that tend more towards single player only games.
I'm not too keen on multiplayer achievements either, so a good starting point might be my completed games list on Astats[astats.astats.nl]. The only games with MP/Co-op achievements on that list are Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, Into The War, One Way To Die (kind of), Rocket League, Saints Row IV and Borderlands 2.

Plenty of games if you look around. ;)
Dungeon Defenders is technically true, you can beat that game 100% solo, but thats a massive undertaking.
Sonic Generations is a good one, great game too.
Final Fantasy games are an able choice, most achievements in them just take time, and if you havent actually played them then the stories are likely to engage you to some degree.
Sang-Froid is a very cool game, great concept though abit unpolished, all single player despite what they make it sound like.
