Games that allow unlocking achievements offline

In some games works, in others not... Could, please, anyone who is reading these lines post some games that he/she knows by experience that you can unlock achievements offline? Or if there is any idea making games work this way.
I can name 2 of them:
-The Binding of Isaac (complicated...)
-VVVVVV (everything seems to be in order!)
You can play these two games on offline mode and unlock achievements!!

Here's a handful I can remember from my completed games:

Spec Ops: The Line
COD: Modern Warfare series, as well as Ghosts.
Euro Truck Simulator 2
Miasmata
Beat Hazard

Dark Souls 2 achievements dont completed in offline, be careful.

Fallout: New vegas - 100% in offline
Skyrim - 100% in offline
Just Cause 2 - 100% in offline
Resident Evil: Revelations - 99% offline "Dynamic Duo" achievement must be online
Prototype 2 - 100% offline
Metro Last Light - 100% offline
Homefront - Only campain related achivements (37)
Deadpool - 100% offline
Supreme Comander 2 - Although achievements doesn't unlock in offline, if you complete a mission or the campains in offline you can still get the achievements without playing it all over again. Just play the tutorial in ONLINE mode and by the time you finish it, you'll get all the achievements you previously done in offline mode.

I think cs:source... I was playing offline with bots and i manage to unlock one. But i'm really not sure

My Astats profile shows 0.0 hrs and 100% completion for those 2 because I put them on my laptop to play while sitting in my car. Realized I don't like gaming unless I'm at my desk and it looks dumb/suspicious so I don't do it anymores.

I think you misread his post. He has 100% on Astats, but his hours played is 0, because he was playing offline. It makes it look suspicious, offline play looks similar to SAM usage.

GUYS! A few days before i finaly beat an extremely difficult glitch level on Super meat boy on offline. The next day i ran the game on online and... gooood... NOTHING!!! Is there anything i can do?
