AAA games relatively fun and easy to 100%

Hello ladies & gentlemen,
I want to ask you for some AAA titles that are relatively fun and easy to 100%.
By fun I mean we can enjoy the game while getting the achievements (doesn't necessarily happen when you have to look for those collectibles with a YouTube video guide on your 2nd screen).
By easy I mean the game can be 100%'d in, let's say, around 20-30hrs of gameplay.

I believe there are plenty of those.
Let's try to list them, my fellow hunters :)

-Bioshock 2 remastered 18.7h (remastered does not have the dead online achievements)
- Half life games 3-13h each

you could add Bioshock 1 remastered & Black mesa as halflife 1, Allthough they took me a bit longer than 30h (40) and you might need a quick guide on the rose collection for bioshock. But these are collected in small seperate levels, not the main game. so it goes quite fast.

Arkham Asylum.

Took me 25 hours to 100%, Which was a vast improvement over the 100 hour slog doing all the challenges over and over and over with different characters in Arkham City.

Plus, it's Batman! :)
