Fallout 4, Borderlands 3 (haven't done the latest expansion myself yet, but BL achievements are never difficult, I think there's also one more expansion coming later), Mad Max, Quantum Break, Soma, The Turing Test, What Remains of Edith Finch.
Batman: Arkham Asylum - about 20 hours
Scribblenauts Unlimited -- 10 to 15 hours (depending how much you look up the solutions for the last puzzles)
well batman AA achievements are not that easy, why are you saying this?
I remember some of the challenges being tough, but as I said you can finish the campaign and the challenges in about 20 hours (I did it in 19.4 hours), For a AAA game that's not a very long 100%, especially considering the other recommendations on this thread...
I didn't realize that OP wanted games less than 5 years old, so my suggestions might not even be useful aanyway...
