Heyo, people!

I will be brief. I want to collect as much info as possible about specific achievements and create my own database. I’m looking for information about the types of achievements that:
1. Require one to play / kill / beat someone who already has the achievement (viral)
2. Require one to do smth only on specific dates/time/day (date/time/day specific)
3. Require one to play the game in early access (early access)
4. Require one to play with developers (kill them, beat them, etc.) (dev req)
5. Require some specific devices or hardware (device req)
6. Or require some other specific conditions to obtain (random, game req and others)

Do DLC bind achievements counts as Special Condition?

If so then there's plenty that'll take me days to add them in.

No, I don't think so. You can buy almost all regular DLC in the store => you can do its achievements at any time.

Added: need more information about the Time Specific and Day Specific achievements

Examples:
1. Day Specific - Commitment (Play The Stanley Parable for the entire duration of a Tuesday) - The Stanley Parable
2. Time Specific - Double Eleven (Play the game at 11:11 am) - PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate

"America's Army: Proving Grounds" has 2 dev req achievements, "[Dev]astator" and "Total [Dev]astation", which require you to kill 1/100 developers respectively. During my 300+ hours in the game I have yet to encounter a single one.

Bubonic - play a Multiplayer Match with someone who already has the achievement

- Dino D-Day - Bite the hand that feeds you
(with dev or someone similar if i recall correctly)

- Awesomenauts - Creeper-Virus
(viral)

- Gunpoint - I am better at this than Tom Francis
(be better than dev (?) )

- There was another one where you simply have to play with a controler but i couldnt find it atm. will add later maybe

Pictopix has one time and one date specific achievement. System clock manipulation works for both.
Onibi - solve a spooky alternate version of a level that shows up between 11pm and 5am.
Four Seasons - every season (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) you will get alternate versions of a certain level which you have to all solve.

The Gunpoint achievement mentioned directly above is just beating the local developer time par on any level. There is no multiplayer component and no dev interaction required.
