It will also make the games count as 0% towards your agc. So if you remove those two achievements you're actually lowering your AGC.
In general, you shouldn't use SAM, although I don't know if it's legal per se, and I don't think anyone's ever been banned for it (from Steam, anyway, it's a bannable offense for this group AFAIK).
2) Resetting achievements doesn't affect your overall stats. Once an achievement is counted, the only way to get it removed is to contact Steam support and have the game totally wiped from your account. Refunding a game doesn't do it, however.
Yes, resetting achievements affects your stats if the achievements are removed from your profile. SAM can remove them, but it turns the game into a 0% and will lower your AGC% even if you can't see a change. It only will help on sites like Astats.
Steam support cannot remove a game from counting towards your AGC%. Trust me, many people asked back when the 0% bug was a thing and some devs removing all achievements from their games screwed up our profiles. With that bug being fixed, it is possible a dev removing all achievements from a game will remove it from counting, but if I remember right, the dev adding achievements back makes it count again. It only works like that because the game technically still counts, but the fix for the 0% bug doesn't include them in the calculation.
