Rofl you've just got Astated
As of right now, there is no scoring - or even policing - system in place. It serves very well as a personal tracker for those who aren't interested in leaderboards and such.
In my case I was able to see how far I've progressed on an achievement that doesn't have a visible counter. So that was nice!
It doesn't seem to recognize broken achievements which was one of my initial draws to astats. I posted about it on the completionist page so I'm interested to here back from the Dev on that.
achievementstats.com ~very slow, updates often fail, layout is actually worse than Astats imo, splits dlc into seperate entires unlike astats, after Astats seems to have the highest population of users on the leaderboards
truesteamachievements.com ~ better layout than above, updates have always worked, low population which isn't ideal for leaderboards, splits dlc into separate entries, has many different leaderboards and statistics available, seems to be lax or slow on removing cheaters
metagamerscore.com ~updates work fine, layouts ok, combines achievements in multiple platforms (Kongregate, some MMO's etc etc) if into that, also very low population
exophase.com ~ leaderboard is only via # of achievements, rather than achievements having points, not many features, extremely low Steam population
That's all I am aware of.

one can fiddle around with size and contents by clicking on "Card Settings & Data" (testing data only) some of the presets are heavily inspired by psnprofiles (which has the best cards of all time imo)
these are not in yet but i'd love to contribute these
(the base library used is open source as well https://github.com/completionist/vanity)
wow thanks luchaos ahaha my prayer has been answered.
because it's already so long i feel so envious to all trophy hunter on console because they have such a nice tracking site like psnprofiles and they have such a nice gamercard for bragging their plats.
